Network / Professional / Friends Memberships

Network memberships are for current and former sufferers of the connective tissue syndrome the Foundation studies (genital pain, fibromyalgia, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel). The yearly fee for Network membership is $45.00.*

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may pay your fee in installments. If your circumstances are extreme, you may pay a minimum of $15.00.*

The Foundation maintains confidentiality with Network members, and does not disclose or sell its membership list to anyone. VPF Support Groups are bound to confidentiality as well, and are available to Network members only.

Professional memberships are for medical doctors, nurses, physical and biofeedback therapists, psychologists, and other health care professionals. The yearly fee for Professional membership is $50.00.* The VPF provides professionals with many extra materials for their patients and colleagues.

Friends memberships are for relatives and friends of sufferers; oxalate kidney stone formers, and others on a low oxalate dient; and interested organizations. The support and understanding of family and friends often makes a significant difference in the quality of recoveries. The yearly fee for Friends membership is $45.00.*

*International members, if you live in Canada or Mexico, add $10.00 for postage to your basic fee. If you live in other countries, add $15.00. Please make checks or money orders payable in U.S. Dollars or the equivalent.
